Lost Post.... 1989 Li'l Miss Makeup Doll

     Hello doll lovers!! This post is a lost post from last summer, I found this girl at a yard sale for $1 she had her outfit, shoes and instructions with her. But she did not come with her accessories. This is the Li'l Miss doll from 1989. The li'l miss dolls were produced by Mattel in 1989-1993. They were a series of large 13" dolls with colour-change features, activated using cold water. I got this doll when she first came out, I loved her so much. I also got the li'l miss dress up and the li'l miss mermaid, I hope to find them one day too! This girl is so cute and i think she was stored in the attic because her makeup is permanently on her now because of the heat, but I think she is cutter that way. I must say, I have been on a roll with the doll posts but...... I do believe it is calming down now. Haven't found much the past few weeks and with the pandemic going on not sure how much I will be going out. Hope you enjoyed everything do far and hopefully there will be more to come soon!! Flea Market Finds.... $1 Toy Table Pick Ups

     Hello doll lovers!! Went to an indoor flea market about a month ago and picked up a few items. There is a lady who sets up there that has a toy table where most of her toys are bagged up for a dollar per bag. I love her booth because she has some cool vintage stuff sometimes of course no dolls this time but that is ok. On this day I got 2 hasbro silky pups, a in package tomagotchi angel case, g1 my little pony posey and 8 of the clip on disney princess dolls. Pro tip for you, the clip on disney princess dolls sell really well on ebay because they discontinued them and parents love how easy they can be changed. I always pick these up and make a lot out of them, the more you have the more you can get for them. I am hoping to resale a few of the items and keep few but for $7 think I did pretty good. 

Goodwill Find... Bratzilla Midnight Beach Cloetta Spelletta Doll

     Hello doll lovers!! This post is about this bratzilla midnight beach cloetta spelletta doll I found a goodwill recently in a bag of dolls for $3. I could not believe she was in such good condition, she has her complete outfit with glasses and hat. I think she is only missing a broom brush she even has her jewelry. Her cape is still attached with plastic ties to her arms and her hat is still attached as well. She was probably my best find out of the bags and I am not sure if she will be sold or not. I only paid .50 for her and that was an awesome deal! I had hoped to find more but I went back to the goodwill several times that week with no luck. Guess I should just be thankful I found her but we all know most of the time it is never enough. 

Happy Family Neighborhood Grocery Shopping Midge Doll

     Hello doll lovers!! A while back I found this lady at my local salvation army, she was only .59 and came with her original outfit. She is missing one of her earrings, her jacket and her shoes. Of course she is missing all of her playset accessories, she came with a shopping car, babies and a shelf with groceries. This is the kind of doll I would have loved as a kid. If you don't know this is the happy family neighborhood grocery shopping midge doll. I love her face with all the freckles and her red hair, she is very pretty. It is great she came with most of her original outfit too! Maybe at some point I can piece together the set but only time will tell.

Another 6.00 Doll Find... Barbies-La Dee Da-Equestria Girls

     Hello doll lovers!! The same day I found all the monster high dolls I found these girls too. Again they were in 2 $3 bags. Again they were in pretty good condition, their hair was nice and some came in their outfits and shoes. I already got rid of the generic blond barbies  but did keep a few of the different dolls. This bag also came with some extra clothes (even 18 in. doll clothes). I tried to find out info on the dark haired doll, she seemed to be complete with outfit, shoes and accessories but I could not find her anywhere, she is a pretty doll. I am also getting rid of the rainbow dash equestria girl cause she is complete and I do not need to clean her up and do not want to keep her. The la de da doll is staying with me for now and you may have seen the bratzilla in the pile too, she has a whole post dedicated to her so be on the look out for that! I get so excited when I find lots of dolls like this and best thing is they do not have any odors (thank goodness). I went back almost everyday that week trying to see if they put anymore doll bags out but never found anymore. Hope to have more hauls like this once the yard sale season starts! 

6.00 Monster High Find... Mad Science girls-frights camera action-roller maze

     Hello doll lovers!! Today I am doing my $6 monster high doll haul. I went to my local goodwill last week and lo and behold they had bags of dolls for $3 a bag! All of these girls came in 2 different bags, and most had their outfits and shoes, or just outfits or just shoes but all the girls has something that went with them. They were still in very good condition to be played with, they were all clean and their hair was nice and not messy. I went back to see if anymore bags had come out but never found anymore I am sure there was more and maybe even clothes. Oh well for $6 I did pretty good. 

     I got the mad science set with ghoulia (had her outfit and shoes but no lab coat or accessories) and cleo (cleo had her whole outfit but no shoes or accessories). Dracubecca from the freaky fusion line came with her outfit and shoes but no accessories. Frights camera action clawdeen came with her outfit, shoes and some accessories. Got the wheel love lagoona but no gil (lagoona came with her outfit, roller skates and a few accessories). As you can see I got quite a few girls and I did match them up with clothes, shoes and accessories if I could. 

Poopsie Sparkly Critters Blind Can......

     Hello doll lovers!! I bought a couple of these a few weeks ago at walmart on clearance for 2.50. I just wanted to share this one too I am not going as in depth as the previous post did but thought this girl was cute. I do remember that she is a common one. I love her face and eye lashes just like the last one. In the last pic you can see that she has a hole in her butt I can only assume that means she can poop. The octopus that I opened did not have a hole so she must throw up (I know so nice of a toy to throw up or poop slime, kids theses days are so grossly amused). These are really cute but for the original price of 14.99 I don't know but I had fun opening it!! 

Avon Colorsnaps Doll-Clare-New In Package-80s!!

     Hello doll lovers!! Went to goodwill last week and found this 80s gem. This is an avon colorsnaps doll, her name is Clare. She is still in the original packaging which is marked 1987, I paid 1.99 for her and she is worth every penny. Her outfit is amazing, it is pure 80s from the oversized colorful shirt to her purple "leather" shoes. Her hair has a big bow that you can use in your hair too! She has a cute face that reminds me of holly hobby. This doll brought back some memories (not because I had her cause I am pretty sure I did not) my grandma was all about avon she bought a lot of items from her avon lady, so this is something she probably would have purchased for a gift. Glad I found this girl of course there is the question, are you gonna get rid of her? I'll let you know! 

Goodwill Doll Bag Find.... Disney Princesses-Barbie-Mal Descendents

     Hello doll lovers!! Finally a post about dolls... Went in goodwill last week and found this bag of dolls for 3.99. A little more than I like to pay but most had clothes and one was fully dressed. I will sell the disney princess dolls to make most of my money back but I want to keep the mal and the dark skinned barbie to makeover. I think the dark skinned girl is a barbie fashion fever but I have not been able to confirm it. This girl was wearing the blonde naked dolls dress so that was neat, I redressed her and put those three dolls in a bag for the consignment sale. The mal from descendents has a hair cut but think I can make it work, she has her whole outfit so that is a plus. Also kept the pink haired girl to makeover I just loved her face and hair, what can I say I'm so basic 🤷‍♀️ I really should be more selective about what dolls I am buying because I do have 2 totes full and I am not restoring any at this moment but when they are priced right I can't say no!
