Hello doll/toy lovers!! Bet you are glad this isn't a pony post.... I got this little cutie earlier this summer at a yard sale for $1. Boy was she dirty and she had such a weird smell, I decided to go ahead and clean her so she would not be so smelly. Guess I should say what this post is about, this a 1989 hasbro sweetie pup. Like I always do I used dish soap and baking soda with a tooth brush to clean the body and hair cause there is a lot of hair to these dogs. I put conditioner on the hair and let it set for a while then combed it out (which took a bit cause of all the hair). This girl was so dirty I thought she had brown in her hair but she has white hair, I could not believe it. Poor girl still has a bit of a smell that I can not describe so I am just going to store her in a bag with a dryer sheet to help with the smell. I put two small pig tails in her hair and put her ribbons she came with back in (that I washed when I washed her by hand). She is so cute and it makes me want to find my other sweetie pups that are in storage to clean up too!
