Hello doll lovers!! Today we are going to take a closer look at my $5 yard sale find this past weekend. I was so happy to find a yard sale with dolls that the price didn't even matter. She told me to pick what I wanted and she would give me a deal so I filled a walmart bag up with dolls and accessories and she sure did make me a deal!
I got 4 disney descendants dolls all in original outfits with shoes (isle of the lost uma, evie and ben (I didn't realize but bens left arm was mangled by a dog so I had to throw him away but I did keep his pants boots and hat the shirt/jacket was not salvageable it was torn really bad), mal disney descendants 3). Sorry about the pic of them, I didn't realize till I was uploading it that it was upside down and can't get it to turn right. I already stored them away or I would have taken another pic. Fashionistas ken (#15 tropical vibes) and barbie (#73 rosey romper) both have their original outfits (barbies romper was in the clothes pile) ken has original shoes but barbie does not. I also picked up a stack of barbie clothes and a pile of barbie/monster high shoes (I always pick stuff up like that if I find it especially shoes).
I was super excited to find monster high dolls, cause they are hard to find at yard sales or thrifting. Of course most of these was the newer reboot ones but I still love to find these dolls and always pick them up cause I can sell them if I already have them. I got the budget reboot frankie, draculaura and lagoona (all had skirts except for draculaura she has a skirt but it's not her original lagoonas was found after pic was taken). Also found a complete great scarrier reef toralie, scarnival claude (he was missing shirt and hat) and freaky field trip clawdeen (she was missing and arm and hand but had outfit and shoes). There was also a complete dance the fright away frankie stein (with her accessories) a welome to monster high monsterous rivals draculaura (she was complete with outfit and shoes) and a frankie stein vinyl figure.
I got really lucky with this sale because she had some nice dolls but also she had great prices that is hard to find. All in all I think my $5 find was pretty great, I just wish she would have had more monster high dolls cause I love them so much LOL. Of course I wasn't going to collect the descendants dolls but my gosh when they are complete what can you do?? Also wish there would have been more fashionistas but I got the only two there, the only things I left was the disney princess stuff cause I do not collect that and it does not resale very well.
