Hello doll lovers!! Was so excited to find this girl in my pile of dolls that I have gotten thrifting. I decided to go through one of my older bins to see what I had and found this gem and a couple others. This is 1979 fashion photo barbie, she would have came with a stage and camera that was attached and every time you clicked the camera she would change her pose. I only figured out it was her because when I moved one of her legs her head moved. She did not have her accessories or clothes but I love her anyway. I am sure I pain less than $1 for her and I have had her stored for years now.
Like any other doll that I clean their body and hair gets cleaned with dish soap and baking soda I use a toothbrush to get them clean. Then I put conditioner on their hair and let it set for a little bit. I then wash that out and boil wash if needed but with these older dolls I try not to boil wash cause I don't want to mess the hair up. I then let her dry and found this super cute outfit and matching shoes in my stash of accessories. She turned out so pretty, I tried to get her hair style like she had it when she was first purchased. I like her a lot maybe one day I will find her outfit, you never know.
