Hello doll lovers!! Today I am writing about an unexpected find in a bag of toys I bought at a yard sale. It is a vintage (probably late 80s or early 90s) bag of magic grow animals. My kids love these and so did I as a kid, so of course when I seen them new in the package in the bag I had to get them. The price tag gives me all the feels, I would have purchased these from this store as a kid. Of course we had to grow them (you can't just leave them in the bag). I will say it took a while for them to come out of the shell and I finally had to pull the sponges apart to show what animal it was. They are 30 years old so I guess it is good they worked at all. My son wasn't that impressed he said it was just like they ones we get at the dollar store now. I thought it was so fun and took me back to being a kid again. That is one reason I love going to yard sales, you never know what you will find!!
