Hello doll lovers!! I have wanted a barbie bmr1959 doll for my collection since they came out and this is the exact one I wanted. As I said in the fashionista doll box opening, I love the kira face sculpt. So when I seen this girl I was like yes I gotta have her. Of course since I am a thrifty doll hunter I waited and found her on ebay for $15 with shipping included!! That is half the price she retails for so I was super happy.
I did not take her out of the box to look at her. It will be a while till I can display her and I want to display her with the box so I am going to keep her stored in the box. I did get a good look at her and do think she is very nice quality. I see know why people love all the articulation in dolls, she looks like you can pose her very nicely. I like her outfit, shoes and jewelry the only thing I do not like is her hat and that is because it is plastic, wish they would have made it out of material. Over all she is a very pretty doll and I am glad I got her for a deal!
