Hello doll lovers!! Went to the salvation army this week, and you know I can't leave behind 80s toys new in the package.... Let's be real, even if they weren't in the package I would have still bought them. These are the perfect size for fashion type dolls. I believe they are from the 80s cause of the price tag and the childs style. Was Kaybee toys a thing in the 70s (I feel like an idiot now... I did some research and it seems that KB toys opened in 1946, so yes it was a thing in the 70s 🙈)?? Plus these are made in china that was more of a thing in the 80s than the 70s.
These came from KB toys (still has reminents of the tag on one of the packages). These seem to be a store brand because there are galoob and tomy versions just like these. These still work (it was weird I was getting them out of the bag and the sewing machine started moving, worried me a little but then I got over it, at least I know they do work). I only paid .59 a piece for them and was super excited. I would have loved this when I was a kid for my dolls. I do think it is funny that it just shows a kid playing with it on the box. I mean what kid is just going to be playing with a small blender without a doll?? Not sure if you can see but there is a blender, sewing machine and a food processor. The sewing machine is my favorite, even though I have never used one in my life and it is the possessed one 🙈 You may be asking what I will be doing with these.... Of course I do not know but they are cool!
